The Ultimate Referral Process - Part 1

Welcome to "Coffee With The Coach" featuring some of my most popular training sessions. Each Monday morning I'll give you a quick coaching session to help grow your business and get your week started off right.

Do you have a proprietary process that makes people comfortable sending you referrals or do you get most your referrals by accident -- or, are you like most agents, with the true situation someplace in the middle?

It's proven that consumers respond very well to processes -- I define a process as a sequential series of steps that reliably produces positive and predictable results -- and once you install a referral process in your agency a few things will begin to happen...

1. You'll be able to promote the process since you now have something to promote (interesting how that works, right?)
2. You will be able to educate your clients and referral partners about your process (less than 1% of your competitors will have anything like this, so people will be excited about it)
3. You will remove doubts from your customers about what will happen to their friends and family after they refer someone to you (believe it or not, this is what stops most referrals from happening)
4. Your agency image gets an automatic upgrade - people will get the perception you know what you're doing
